Super soft bamboo/cottom fleece with stretch for ultra comfort: 66% Rayon from Bamboo 28% Cotton 6% Spandex. Hang dry is always best, tumble dry low if you're in a hurry. 
 
We are both wearing size small, Sylvia is 5'7" and 37.5-31-38.5", I am 5'4" 34-37-38.5". This a pretty relaxed fit, if you prefer your hoodie more snug size down.
