This fluttery little blouse is super cute and easy-wear! The fit is very relaxed, with a boat neckline that isn't so wide your bra straps will hang out. The bottom hem hits around the hip bone. Sleeves hang around high-bicep - it's cut like a caftan so they flutter all down the side of the body. 
 
V is 5'1" wearing size Medium, her measurements are bust 38" waist 31" hip 39.5".
 
Both prints are 100% rayon, the grey is silk charmeuse - I don't normally choose silk but these are all vintage remants given to me by a lady who was down-sizing so I figured I'd use it up!
 
Rayons are machine wash cold, hand dry. Silk I honestly have no idea how to wash, a lady at the Arts and Crafts Fesitval last year told me to hand wash it with shampoo, so you could try that? Or maybe dry clean... I put it in the washing machine in my testing and it acquired  a sand-washed kind of look which was pretty cool.
