SHIPPING & RETURNS

You're going to love the fabric and fit, you won't want to return it! ♥

 

But of course you need peace of mind when shopping online, so returns are always free: I will refund your entire purchase price, and if you only ordered one item (the thing you're returning) I will refund 100% of the shipping too!

There is no additional cost for exchanges either - I'll cover all additional shipping, including returning the item to me and sending you the new one.

 

I'm happy to accept domestic returns on any unworn, unscented, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the "received" date for a full refund to the original form of payment. Tags/labels must still affixed. Items carrying scent (cigarettes/perfume/whatever) or deodorant stains will not be refunded. 14 days after you receive/pick-up the goods, all sales are final.

I will only cover the cost of shipping for orders purchased online - in-person purchases (in studio or at market) are not covered.

Holiday/gift returns: if you're buying a gift far in advance just put a note on your order with the date of the event and I'll start the 14-day period from that date. All Christmas/Channukah/"Holiday" etc... gifts can automatically be returned/exchanged up to January 14th.

Email keli@haliburtonclothingco.com to start the return process. As required I'll send you a shipping label which you can print and attach to the box, and then you drop it off at any Canada Post office (or just stick it in a mailbox it the box is small enough).

 

The exception of course is panties: your first pair comes with a simple money-back guarantee.

I reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not conform to my policy.
