I'm 5'4" waist 27" hip 38.5". In the Black and Stone I'm wearing size 8 - this is my intended fit (relaxed-ish). However, in the Navy I'm wearing size 6 so it's quite snug. My design intent is for the more relaxed fit, but based on my testing of this fabric I think it will hold up well under the stress of a tighter fit and be quite comfortable due to the strechiness so if you like tight pants, size down.
